Do you guys accept cancellations?

We accept cancellations of orders within the same calendar business date they are purchased. Each case is made to order, so we cannot cancel orders after production on the specific case has been started. 

Do you guys accept returns/exchanges?

We do accept returns, but most do not qualify for a prepaid label unless it is our error. We do accept exchanges on cases only in the scenario of accidentally ordering the wrong phone case size. In this scenario, reach out to our team.

Who creates your case designs?

All of our cases are hand painted and designed by our team!
