Don't Sweat It Pt.2 Tough Case

Absolutely no problems with the phone case itself, amazing quality, sturdy, fits my phone. My only issue was with the customer service. I was checking my tracking after I ordered my case and noticed that the parcel hadn’t moved for a week, so I emailed the company for help. By the time they got back to me with a real answer another week had passed, and my phone case then did not arrive for yet another week. I tried to call twice and no one answered. Definitely a cute shop, just hope your package doesn’t get lost in the mail because it is a lengthy recovery.
